Yo! Thanks for the compliment. As for advice...you'll always be learning. I still have LOADS of things to improve on. I'd say draw from life every chance you get, and draw everyday; it's like working out a muscle, keeping a skill sharpened. Draw lots and lots of hands and lots of human figures! Perhaps also learn to block out the basic shapes of things - like the shapes of palms and fingers put together to form the overall shape of a hand. Anatomy studies help, too.
