Think of something that happened to a friend or aquaintance that was really horrific and irreversable, then try to imagine that that happened to you,really try.Then compare that to the sadness going on in your mind right now and ask yourself which would you prefer if it came to a choice.
Remember all things are relative,while our perceptions are fed by facts our interpretations are generated by our own wants and desires.
I am not saying that you aren't in pain only that that is the stuff of growing and understanding.If you can grasp this in the midst of calamity you are developeing the key to understanding that life is nothing if it is not about change and the concommitent tools to developing appropriate responces to deal with life.
This was not meant to be a lecture just an honest empathetic responce to the difficult moment you are in right now.

no. its normal to want that. hes just a nerd and a bit selfish. your not being selfish. now if youre asking to be with him 24/7 i could see where that could be a problem. but youre not. and besides Christmas is a big holiday and you guys seem pretty serious. he should spend it with your family or you with his. he shouldnt be playing his wii. he can do that the day after Christmas. geez.
