Introduction:
Having a rough day? Nothing going exactly as you had planned? Well, I had made a video, actually no 2 videos on this, and both didn’t seem to want to save. Instead of being mean to my computer, I decided to type about it instead. This is something that most people fail to see and then realize later, so here is something that will make you think.
Body:
When you have a rough day, what do you do exactly? The first thing I would do is have a negative attitude and be all upset. That is something that has to be avoided. Keeping a negative attitude leads to a negative outcome. Sometimes you would have a positive attitude, but you still get a negative outcome. Though this may happen, you have to be able to move on. Moving on may seem easy for certain circumstances, though other times it will get pretty tough.
Let’ say you lose somebody very important to you. This person was always there for you, and you always talked to this person when you had a rough day. Well something to remember is that you aren’t always going to have that one person around. Something you could do is to not ever forget the person, just move on and find a different way to handle your rough day. Alternatives you could take are drawing, writing, or listening to music. If you have somebody else that you also talk to, then you should just like talk about it with them. It’s not a total loss, you know?
What if everything is just not helping you think positive, and everything you do is always becoming negative. At this point it means that you need to change whatever is making you unhappy, because this could lead to something that could hurt you. It might even scar you for life. Tell your parents that something is bothering you and that you can’t handle it. If it happens more then usual, you should really tell your parents that you may need to go to the hospital for a checkup. Don’t over react that something is wrong with you. Only go to your parents if you cannot control the stress.
Try to keep a positive attitude, and when something happens, think critically about what you’re going to do. If you do something that is positive, make sure that it isn’t negative towards the people around you. Make sure your actions are harmless in anyway. Keep yourself safe, be smart, and be positive. The only thing that you really need to be positive is yourself, keep that in mind. The only person who could possibly save you is yourself.
