Quite cross, Adriana Fay glared through her closed eyelids at the ceiling above. "It shouldn't be this hard... why can't he just disappear from my mind?" She found it difficult to accept that she was going through the typical thoughts of any girl going through the torment of the opposite sex. "I'm not supposed to fall victim to such an awful infection... so why?" The thoughts streamed through her mind, his movements flawlessly clear without any effort.
At the beginning, she thought that it'd end, just like any other short term novelty. It'd be over with as soon as she found the flaw, which would then lead to other flaws, ending in complete disgust with the... guy. "ugh!" She flinched at the thought of liking guys. It came natural to her to hate and despise people in any amorous way. Friends were fine with her as long as they kept their distance. And to Andriana, distance meant not the slightest mention of guys in relation to her. If her "friends" wanted to talk about their boyfriends, fine. It made no difference to her, so long as they didn't try to "hook her up."
