My life long goal: Become Michael Jackson

About me

I'm the white crayon. If I'm talking to you face-to-face, you can tell I'm uncomfortable if I start scratching my neck or arm. You can trust me as long as you don't stab me in the back. Then you better watch your back and your front or else you'll be sorry. I will say everything's "ok" when it's really not. When I'm bored I cut my hair, but it's still magically the same length two days later. I hate people who step on the backs of your heels when your walking, it just ruins a perfectly good shoe. I sneeze a lot, yet I'm not allergic to anything. I don't understand why people cry during movies. I don't mind math, I like a challenge and that the answer is either right or wrong, there's no in between. When I have a question, I ALWAYS go to Yahoo Answers.

It akes no sense, why would you ban something in an attempt to bring your country together when you know perfectly well it'll cause hetred of the government and riots in the street, it's just going to have the opposite effects of what te government are trying to do, and i don't see how they could overlook that.

They're afraid of bad publicity, like if some sort of cult culture broke out that stems from emo or goth and there were mass suicides. They're worried that it would rock the stability of the country and make it less powerful, though i think they're already doing that by banning emos. There’s going to be a large population who are against this and if the government think they can do it without trouble then they're deluded. Besides here it's not emos but a group labelled as "chavs" that cause problems for society, and no ones even thinking about banning their clothing style or music.

i'll come with you, this kind of stuff really bugs me. It's like saying "i don't like the way you dress so i'm making you illegal"

In a way, yeah. It's nice for a networking site to be so creative.

i know, i mean i don't want to downplay the importance of educating the current situation on aids, but using it as a publicity tool is just fucked up.

i guess that's nature's way....growing new stuff on old stuff ^^ not too sure what to make out of that for a life meaning purpose. ^^ New stuff grows on old stuff, maybe sometimes time to declutter/clear out some troubling stuff also from our souls...mmm ;)

Everyone has the right to be treated equally...oh, except you.

Jul 23, 2008

I haven't been updating a lot. Its hard, especially in the summer, when there's...more things to do.

I'm one of those people who could have an idea rolling around in my head forever, but then go and sit to write it...and think differently of it. Almost like its...not worthy to be written about. I think I tend to over analyze little things. For a person who doesn't like to be criticized, I sure am pretty critical of myself. Humans are critical, judgemental creatures. We judge people who aren't...ourselves. Anything out of the ordinary.

In a few weeks, I'm flying to Toronto. So, I've been looking for hotels and...transportation, restaurants, etc. And found while looking around, a lot of hotels were described as "gay - friendly". It was literally written into the description. What does that even mean? Are "gays" restricted from certain hotels? What do they ask you whether or not your straight? And if you say "no" do they kick you out? Are they even authorized to ask you about your sexuality? Where is the equality in this country? What ever happened to the "Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom" ? By Canada not following through on their word, that's like saying; "Everyone has the right to be treated equally, oh except you, sorry."

It almost seems like...the world is reliving a problem it continues to have with prejudice towards certain races. Only this time...its your sexuality. We're reliving a problem people fought for years and years to solve. And finally...some fences and boundaries have been lifted, rights put in tact. As these new boundaries and fences are being removed, new ones are being placed in to fill the spot.
