summer words.

I can't write when I try to. I have all these thoughts throughout the day, create elaborate and beautiful sentences, but they escape my mind when I sit down here. How can I show the world what's in my head when it is constantly running away from me? In the back of my mind I can feel the flicker of excitement jump as I bike and imagine the prettiest stringing of words together. The way the summer light throws the laughing leaves into a fluorescent frenzy, or maybe how planting little seedlings into moist and pungent soil gives me a rush of achievement. Me, I'm creating a tiny little life. I'm God over these creatures is what I am. It is exciting, don't you think?

Well, those could be considered nice sentences, I suppose, but they cannot compare to the flow of words that whispers in my head. Quickly as they come, the words turn into little ghosts, bumping into each other in my brain and causing a confusion that I cannot quite place...
