so, i don't have a webcam at the moment, which i hope to remedy soon, but i wanted to say i really appreciate the comment and that you took the time out to make the video. =) i lived in west lafayette until i turned 18 and then i made the huge move to lafayette, but i love it. i mean there are people (mostly family) that i would love to runaway from, but i'm sure everyone has that no matter where they are. you seem really awesome. we should talk sometime, do you have aim by any chance?

seeing myself.

ive tried a half dozen times now to record a video blog... i can't do it. i can't watch myself talk. i can't force myself to record what i say and watch myself say it. i can write until my fingers fall off, but i can't freakin' record a video of myself talking about the jammies i'm wearing, or the work i have to do for the rest of the semester ... or about the fact that i am incapable of recording a video of myself.

i can barely stand pictures, but here i am trying to record videos.

the person i see myself as doesn't match the person i record with the camera. and that weirds me the hell out.
