- ,I am not much of a reader. I am better off if I watch the movie. I do not retain much of what I read unless I just happen to be VERY into what I am reading. I read "The Davinci Code" about a year ago and that actually held my attention. One of the only other books that I read that kept me occupied was "The Green Mile". I have started several others,but only to lose interest. Some people are just not readers...,
