Apologize

Forgive.Forgiving.Forgiveness.

Feelings of hate, resentment, or anger, slipping away from you. An act of allowing someone to repent themselves. An act that gives you the power, or the choice, to redeem someone into a status where they are acquitted from the mistakes they had done.

And mistakes that we’ve done are countless.And some how, we turn the other cheek when someone seeks forgiveness.

Some ask. Some plead. Some beg.

To receive that whole feeling of being set free from the burden of carrying your mistakes. Trying to disarrange yourself from the past that haunts you. The wrongdoings, hoping that it wont repeat itself in the future.

Yet, still knowing that by maybe tomorrow, or the next day, or the next week, you l be back.

Maybe down on one knee. Maybe bearing gifts. Maybe with tears rolling down your pathetic face.

However, some chose not to acknowledge their mistakes, perceiving forgiveness as some petty excuse of apologizing. Of beating down that stonewall of an ego.

And some may lay low for the longest time .And when guilt creeps up to them like a cockroach that never dies, you felt like it is time to pick up the telephone and send your apologies.

Being Forgiving and Asking for Forgiveness are these common things that we do everyday without realizing that in actually wraps itself around or world like a cocoon.

Forgiveness is hard to come by for me. Maybe you should crawl on your knees more often?
