[b]YOu know the kind of people you are aquanted with but if you saw them in a public place you don't want to have a completely pointless conversation about nothing so you completely avoid them. even if you have already made eye contact with that person, you pretend you never did and hurry and look at something else as if you were distracted by something. I guess I have been on both sides. one being more akward then the other. When I have been that person that someone is trying to avoid and I thought that we had the kind of aquantence where it would be fine to carry on a normal conversation. but as they give me that slight eye contact and then look away and go about there business as if they never saw me, it makes me wonder how i got to the point of the "aquantence".
