7am trying to sleep

Mind racing your eyes catching every detail of the room all you want to do is sleep but once your mind and body start to slow the very next movement your wide awake racing again going over and over in your head how can I just go to sleep.... ahh ill take some Advil PM that should do the trick (gulp) you take the pills you feel like your one of the people you see in the ad's for these things as you walk over to your bed to lay down you see the pills fall down into you stomach like a pinball game so there you are laying on bed thinking about how in just one min your going to be in bed sleeping but little do you know you have already fucked up your chances this round just by thinking of it so.... once more you get up smoke (wink) and tell yourself its time to go to bed and this time you mean it so you turn the t.v. on with the sound turned so low so you can just make out what they are saying and the next thing you know......
