One of the things I have wanted to do since Freshman year is move to New York after college and pursue my writing career further... as well as a teaching career!!

I've never shared any of my writing to anyone,besides school papers,but now I'm hoping you guys can be..good critics..and tell me what you think!,

To me,there's probably no better feeling than being on stage,lights hitting you at all angles...adrenaline rushing to every bone in your body...this is your moment...something no one can ever take away.

I've always believed that women shouldn't feel like they need someone to be happy or feel 'complete'. Some call me a feminist. whatever. I just think of myself as self-dependant. :] meaning... I don't need a guy in my life to help me fulfill my goals, aspirations, and dreams. I make MYSELF fulfilled doing what I love. I feel bad for those girls who are always depressed with low self-esteem, with little self worth. I'll give you a secret girls,... the guys worth your time are the ones that AREN'T threatend by your steadfast, determinedness, but actually ADMIRE it. :]
If a guy sees that your a genuinely upbeat kinda girl and that you do stuff to make YOURSELF happy, they'll love you even more. And it's what you SHOULD do. Love yourself, be comfortable with yourself, develope a relationship with YOURSELF, because guys will come and go. And one day, one special guy WILL come... and stay for good. :)

I totally understand. I've found guys I thought I belonged with without anything really happening. It sucks. But as time goes on, it's usually easier to move on from the guys you never had a relationship with, than the ones you actually did date.
