She is trying to compile her list of complaints.
Begining each sentence with You but ultimately ending in I.
Racing through the memories she regretfully knows it all could be blamed on her.
Escaping the comdeming eyes of the world with her sweet smile,
No one ever suspected her to be the fall of everything she held dear.
But as she writes down her list, in plain black in white,
She finally commits the worst act of all,
Forgetting.
i'm very very scared.
hopefully--- it will be an eye opening experience. :D
Time is only an object in her eyes.
She races through its endless vortex,
never realizing that it won't always be forever.
Falling hard onto the pavement, she finally opens her eyes.
What has she become? A monster of herself.
Too frightened to move forward, she is stuck,
frozen to the ground, but time still rushes forward.
Time is no longer an object she realizes.
But by now, it has all slipped through her fingertips.
Now she has nothing except the monster
she created.
aside from some spelling errors, this is short and SO to the point....it made me hurt to read it.
i plan to reread the bell jar this summer....loved it when i read it a WHILE ago.
i thought it was aflower at first, but i looked at it closer, and it was a beautiful butterfly!
how incredible!
