Biography- The sun never set on the Roman Empire, Columbus discovered a new world, the Titanic sank and Fred Astaire danced on the ceiling. Then, a lot of things happened and Jaime Fernandez was born. He had a "normal" childhood, but after a while, it ended. He went to school, where he was an average, but loveable, student. Jaime, pronouced "Hi-may," passed elementary school, middle school and high school--all at the same private, Christian educational establishment. Then Jaime attended the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas, where he graduated with an associates degree in culinary arts. Other than being studious, Jaime likes to play sports, travel, talk to girls, cook lots of food and pretends he's Spiderman by climbing tall buildings. He has a job most of the time. In the future, Jaime plans to do very good things. This will take time, but he is excited about seeing them coming into place. Right now Jaime is in Pamplona, Spain. He is working in the kitchen at the Hotel Europa
