Just some thoughts...

Your born into a world to live, love and learn. Your told to be an individual when your taught everything you know. How are we expected to do something extraordinary when you no nothing but what you've been taught to know and love? How am I to love when I don't even know what the word is besides what someone else has told me it is. They say you will know its love when you don't what it is but then once you know its love, how can it be by that definition? You'll know its love when you're in love...If I live life looking for something on a path of the blind, how can I find anything? Will it sneak up on me one day and if its true, If i miss it what then?

I've been reading a lot of quotes and hearing a lot of supposed "lovers" feelings and I get the impression that no one really knows anything. They will say that they would give up everything for love. Money and all...But then why are a high percentage of divorces decided over money issues?

Just some thoughts...

I've always felt that although we are told what the world is through many different people in our lives, it is soley up to us to define it for ourselves. Everyone has a different perspective on things and everyone is going to try to tell you what something is. Its up to you to decide whether that is right or not. Divorces on the other hand is a completely different thing. Many people believe that if they "love" someone they must marry them to prove that love. Personally, I dont think that is right. And that is why we see so many divorces these days, and money only equates to greed. Much of the time when money is a huge issue in divorces it has nothing to do with love it has to do with revenge of some sort. I don't understand why but thats what i've noticed. I have also noticed that some of the most profound loves can not be described. Not even Shakespeare could describe them. With his attempts with Romeo and Juliet, people still say they were too young to understand true love, and that they were stupid for killing themselves because of their love. I find it funny how you mention money after your mention of giving up everything for love. When someone says they would give up everything, I see it as they would give up their life to have love. But in a way, aren't you doing that by allowing yourself to fall in love? Your giving up your life as an individual so you can live by another person, and allow yourself to be happy doing so. Just some thoughts on your blog and comments from your thread. sorry its so long...
