Life and its meaning...

First i just want to say, as an atheist im going to be using the word Higher Power in the following....well idk yet. Plus I'm respecting others beliefs at the same time.

This is just a sudden though that i had right now... idk if im going to drag it out or not, but anyways here is what I'm thinking life is.

Life in my though, is kind of like the game Civilization... the person playing (A Higher Power in the real world) goes though the whole worlds cycle in a matter of what, 12 hours. But the people in the game actually feel the time going on. So either A higher power is going in slow-motion, or were moving faster then we think.

yah i know its bazzare but...yah

Another though is, what is the real point in life. The only conclusion that i can come up with off the top of my head is, to grow and to discover. I mean other then that we already know that the suns going to blow up, that in 2012 the Aztec's calender ends on the Winters Equinox (the shortest day of the year). I mean i dont believe that but i do see why others do, because all of the events that it predicted happened on the exact date. HECK! we even have some machine that read though computers and websites or something and can predict things, like it predicted the Twin Towers falling (well not exactly the twin towers falling but they knew something was going to happen). and it too also predicts that something BIG is going to end the world in 2012. There are even books that tell how the world ends, like in the series Uglies, Prettys, ect. They say that are world ended because someone released a oil eating virus, it would go into oil, multiply, blow it up, and then spread though the smoke.

I mean we have so many thoughts of how were going to die or go extinct...it amazes me. I mean im i guy for living in the moment, but when it comes the Earth and Humans, im fascinated...

Another topic is Global Warming. As for this i think of it as a stage in Earths cycle, not as something we did. I mean i drives me Nuts when people act like we were the ones that caused it. I'm not saying that we dont have a part in this because we do. Well actually we contribute to it, making it stronger. Which is why i support recycling and going green and stuff. For all the people that dont believe in Global Warming and are against it and going green and stuff because it's part of the global warming craze, dont think of it as you letting your guard down and joining the craze, think of it as helping clean then earth. If you think about it people the world was polluted before this Global Warming stuff became serious. and ever since this Global Warming thing people have opened there eyes and see what were turning the world into...a waste land. ok this may sound nasty but its true, you can see the Manhattan DUMP from space... yah thats nasty.

wow. i didnt know you were Atheist! Its so cool to finally meet someone who is. I go to a Catholic school so of course its not like I'm going to find one there. I always wanted to ask an atheist how they think we got here on earth? i agree with a lot of stuff you are saying and such things past through my mind all the time. in the bible it says that the world will end with the second coming of Jesus but idk. i dont want to say that i dont believe that because i do but at the same time i want to say that i think the world will end when we finally learn all the things we are supposed to and overcome all the obstacles. then i think the world will recreate itself with a new civilization who are just as clueless as we are
