When the mess becomes overwhelming, even for a slob.

I’ve shared with many of you my…cleanliness problem. Or should I say, lack of cleanliness. This problem mostly revolves around my room. My disastrous room. Apparently those glade plug - ins and…Febreeze, you know those sprays that control odours and everything? They only work if your willing to actually some - what clean your mess. Otherwise…the smell is just worse then what you started with.

All by myself yesterday, I decided that I was done. I needed to clean. It wasn’t the wading through homework and clothes that made me do it, that I could live with. It wasn’t the dust. It wasn’t my fantastic spoon collection I have scattered throughout my floor. It was the sandwich I found from back in the day. By the looks of it, I’m guessing it was a turkey and mustard sandwich. Key word: was. And the white bread…well, let’s just say that…its no longer white.

Oh just you wait it gets better.

I thought that it might be a good idea to look around, make sure there aren’t any other things growing in my room. Under my bed was my first choice. Things tend to get pushed under there. Not to my surprise, I look under my bed and there’s a mysterious blue container. Your first reaction would be to throw it out, but being the curious person I am, of course I opened it. How could you not want to open it? Caught a whiff of it and I came to the conclusion that it was leftover Chinese food. Which is weird because…I haven’t had Chinese food in like two weeks.

After yesterday's incident, I'm now a self - proclaimed recovering slob.

When the mess becomes overwhelming, even for a slob.

i guess that's nature's way....growing new stuff on old stuff ^^ not too sure what to make out of that for a life meaning purpose. ^^ New stuff grows on old stuff, maybe sometimes time to declutter/clear out some troubling stuff also from our souls...mmm ;)

Funny story! But I do hope you clean up a bit. Can't imagine myself living in such condition.
