One of these nights
I’ll run away
One of these nights
I’ll just forget it all.
Screams in the night.
Screeches, blackness.
Piercing and unreal.
One of these nights
I’ll fall out this window
Jump off the ledge
Leave it all behind.
Another moment, another lie.
Words are fake.
Fake is real.
One of these nights
I plan on letting go
It’s so easy to slip away
Into parallel realities.
Fabricated faces.
Behind panes of tears.
Air is of illusions.

But, one of these nights,
I’ll find myself where I always was hiding,
One of these nights,
I’ll be reborn.
