The eye looks so sad, yet it is the most compelling, and intriguingly beautiful part of this painting. Are the green splotches supposed to represent something? Or are they really colored like that? Or is it just unfinished?

Oh I understand, I was looking for a print actually to hang over my bed. Absolutely keep me posted. Im looking to spend around $500-600 depending on size.
