how do i slay the demons in my head?

i woke up this morning and felt like a stranger in my skin. my body was sore like i had been fighting with some demon throughout the night. i got out of bed and my eyes burned like i had been crying. my bones ached like they were under some extreme strain. my clothes felt snug on my body, with the sleeves of my shirt stopping just above my wrist. they reached my hand the last time i wore this shirt. my shoes felt two sizes too small and cramped my toes. everything felt different. foreign. and not in the good sense of the word.
