I shouldn't be happy about this

Well first of let's just say that I'm in love with my best friend and he just recently got married after I move to NY for school. Well he called me yesterday to say that he quit his job as a waiter and wants to start his own business. Well his wife is/was (not sure) a waiter at another place but she's now telling him that she wants to work as a bartender either at a club or at a strip club. So he's telling me that he doesn't want her to work there and that if she does he'll probably cheat on her but that he can't leave her cuz she has no one here everyone is in Russia. He says he loves her but he's so not happy with her. I told him that maybe since they rushed into things (got married after 1 month of dating) and that she's still young (20) that maybe she's realizing that she shouldn't have gotten married cuz it seems to me like she still wants the night life. He understood and it's sad that he wants to be with her but I think she doesnt want to be with him anymore and his parents don't like her that much either. What's a friend suppose to say to this situation???? Its all so confusing to me.
