I've gone back to that place
where it seems I find everything

everything

irritating/annoying/incomplete/harsh/unwelcome/pitiful/enraging.

Why? Why is it that I have those moments...and they keep returning?

Can nothing make me happy? Can nothing ever be

something? complete? soft? welcome? sweet? gentle?

I find lately, that it cannot. And that I've gone back

and back

and back.

And so I sit,
hoping for something

something...
for change.

Something...
and there is nothing instead.
