Never a DULL Moment at the South Park 7 Eleven

It's been very eventfull day. I worked the 9am to 5pm I got to work around 8:45 clocked In got my cup of coffee and started the normal everyday routine. Was pretty calm but steady day so as always I was runing the register lottery machine and maken sure coffee and hot-dogs were fresh throughout the morning. the 10am coffee rush went quick one of the local cops stoped In to have a cup of coffee and talk to his daughter he was off duty but still In Uniform, They decide to leave and talk outside on the side of our building where there cars were parked. I notice them walk out then I see a white dodge durago pull in park stupid stumbled out asked a lady for directions once she told him were to go she came in said he was drunk could smell it on him I laughed cause the cop just left or so I thought like 5 mins later I notice the guy being pushed against the wall by the off duty cop he sits him down says a few words to him them comes In to tell me Dude was pissen on the side of the building soon as he said that I was like this lady said he's drunk. I thought the whole thing was quit funny the cop was like I'm freaken off duty and still have to make a DUI arrest, Once the cop called for back up the drunk was told to assume the position against our window then was pat down then the cuffs were slapped on they sat him in the car and waited for someone to come pick him up so they could drive his truck home.. He wasn't wanted and had no warrents so they gave him some citations and let him sobber up in the back of the cop car while 4 other cops stood next to the car bull shitting. It was funny as hell cause as soon as everyone saw 4 police car's at 7 Eleven everyone came out to see what was going on everyone came in to talk to me about what happend. I've been there for 6 years so I know everyone I deal with the same people everyday 2 3 times a day alot of them stop up to have a cup of coffee and bull shit session and the 2nd year I worked at 7 Eleven I was robbed not at gun point though he said he had one but none the less I was robbed and I delt with the whole thing pretty good I think others lectured me on what could have happend to me when I decided to run after the guy not to get the money but to get the plate number cause they were responsible for 20 other robberys in the local area, but they took the plate off they got away seconds before the 1st police car got there was matter of min's.. I thank them guys every day for how quick they got there they look at for me and my staff.

But anyways eventually 2 guys came to pick the drunk dude up they drove him home the cops came In got some coffee bsed for awahile then left, I had another story to tell the customers my friends and boss's. Been there for 6 years every year somethen crazy happens and It's when I'm there Kinda fucked up actually but very true.
