New york so far.

This visit to New York has really opened my eyes to things out there. It was totally spur of the moment to just come here. While I have been here I have reunited with my father and brother, which has proved to be good and not as awkward as I imagined it would be. It has been nice to see part of my family I feel I have failed to keep in contact with. It's good to know I am still somewhat cared for by this side.

I have also reunited with my dear friend, Aisha. I have not seen her in over 7 years, not since I have seen her. I met up with her and her friend Gaby at Aisha's sister's friend's house. I gave her the biggest hug! So far we have all went out to eat, went to a comedy club, went to the movies and generally have all spent a lot of time together since I have been in NY. Her and Gaby moved out of Miami earlier this year and honestly I need out of here too. I am glad that we all get along so well. All my life I have been looking for people like this. Once I get things settled here, I am gone. I think I should have done this a long time ago. I should have left Miami years ago. There is nothing worth staying for. Nothing atall. I know not everything is perfect, but I feel a chance would be good, and I would have people I really care for, so I wouldnt be alone. i onl fear finding work but I am sure it will work out. Thanks again for considering me and loving me like a friend, a compatriot. I get really lonely and it's good to know someone cares.
