ode to corporate america - first work as of march 7th.

views at the extremes
seem to be the only voices heard.
eyes and mouths of the moderate fade.
made silent, silenced by media.

a bickering play parliament.
sitting on a stash of cash
growing by the seconds.
second corruption in massive amounts.

general public in general disaray.
trusting trustees with life savings
saved to purchase...less debt.
debits and credits never balance.

financial statements state mixed numbers.
halliburton, enron dribble workers futures
like lebron in the 4th
forthright with promise of a win

throwing conscience to the wind
agents, middlemen, and faux companies
bend social concern only serve
as headstones on the graves

of empty spaces and bank accounts.
an ode to corporate america.
america's workforce can only wish
the graveyards hold your empty bodies sooner than later.
