One of Those Weeks: A Jyn Rambling

This week has been a tad crazy.

To share with any of you reading this a little more about me, I am currently undergoing a narrowing down of the type of work I would like to focus on and style in which to persue.

Unfortunately, I am a very good chameleon and flexible enough to love many styles and many forms of creativity. Having a short attention span can be rewarding, although makes the process tedious.

Whatever it is I choose to do, my most important job is that of being a mother managing a household of kids and a husband in advertising. Right now, we are going through the family ritual cleansing of the digestive tract via the stomach flu [note to self: do an episode on nursing 6 people back to health at the same time] and I have been, mysteriously, rescued from it as of yet. Sleep deprived and sympathetic for the many people around me, this does throw some interesting food into my creative fire.

Overall, my main struggle in all of this is finding the moments to myself to figure out which direction I am going to go. I have come to a road in which there are many ways that do not agree with some people in my life, and I must decide to make a choice and follow through with it.
This also includes the ramifications of those choices- would it be better to not go there, or would I be happier in the long run? There are no easy answers.
