Prison

Aug 18, 2008 - 21:15 PM PST

I stare at the corners of my room,
they are my enslavers,
the walls mean nothing without unity
a coup against me from architectural influence,
to keep me from the world,
we cage ourselves for security,
liberty pays the toll.
I have given up my rites of passage
I have been bred for monotony,
but I have been learned for freedom.
