Not trying to burst any bubbles, but I've seen a similar scene in the movie Garden State. Zach Braff's character is waiting to be seen by a psychiatrist. Natalie Portman's character interacts with him. He asks what she's in there for and she being a compulsive liar says she's waiting for her sister. The nurse comes in and tells her the doctor is ready to see her.
