skinny pennies

Jun 29, 2008 - 17:14 PM PST

months, moths, salmon.

It's a river under cities
it's a song for the trees
it's the box of quiet crayons with lovely set of teeth
it's a ballad made of cardboard
how bout a times new roman silk
and a straw for sipping fashion
from the palms of floral milk

I'm a blanket.
I'm your girl.
I'm a mispronounced spanish verb.
Take me to that mountain
that trembles, that giggles with a belly full of nouns.

Those words never mingle much. They should more often- I think they'd be good, prospective friends.
