something theraputic...

yesterday i did some work on m tattoo... i figured out that pain is theraputic... i washes all you frustration, anxiety, and worries away.. i mean come on now ... a little pain never hurt anyone... as the marines say pain is weakness leaving the body.. so why not get as much pain to leave as possible...thats what i think...
