Tempus Eternus Est

A constant devotion to time,
Is the work of the devil.
An untainted knowledge of time,
Would unveil the creation of God.
We live a life handed to us,
Measuring it with this tool created for life.
Yet this creation was established for more,
For reasons we cannot fathom.
To comprehend times existence,
One would then understand the equal opposites.
At the strike of the thirteenth hour,
The wings of light meet the heavens of darkness.
Existence is Infinite,
Time is Eternal.

I am a seeker of Truth,
The work of my enemies.
It's power protected by my allies,
God hath shielded us all from it.
Our minds created with obedience,
Therefore we can do no real harm.
Our faith blinds us from what we see,
Never the less, such said powers were not created for us.
Who is worthy and what decides their fate,
A deeper question is where it all began?
A moment in its beginning,
A moment never at its end.
Existence is Infinite,
Time is Eternal.

To control its existence,
Would devastate all of man kind.
Learning its true power,
Would change this universe instantly.
Corruption would end our lives,
While love would help it flourish.
But in the heart of man,
There will always be corruption.
How can you harness time,
When time already harnesses you?
You would have to visit the beginning,
Still the beginning is where it will end.
Existence is infinite,
Time is Eternal.

It sits there waiting for no one,
Passing by us with no control.
The golden wings spread,
There are no restraints.
If there is any thing it fears,
Then it will only reveal itself in time.
Our measurement,
Our tool.
It is only the surface,
Only a small taste of what is out there.
It is not designed to be seen by us,
And pray that we never do.
Existence is Infinite,
Time is Eternal.
