the dream

uch a beautiful night, rain fall,

stars so bright, beauty in the sky and in my soul,

for at least right now, loves lost soul abandoned no more,

the soul of the world grants me my wish,

a wish for serenity and bliss, nothings lost anymore,

my heart aches for love, but for tonight its under control,

her eyes I can see, in my dreams maybe,

so green and vivid her hair crimson,

all the things I remeber and everything forgiven,

I do not write for sadness tonight,

and I do not feel the usual fright,

to begin anew is a blessing to me,

So for tonight let me dream,

let my heart be cleansed by this rain as it pours down on me,

a touch so soft and so cold, its all new to me.....
