So this is a totally new thing for me...

I am a trainer for a call center. Which is really fun because I get to show people how to do take a phone call from some one who is screaming at you for no good reason. I am dating this guy who for sonme reason really cares about me but I dont understand why. I have not admitted that to him yet but I guess I will have to later on.

I'm guilty of screaming at call centers for no good reason, well generally I have a good reason, and I don't scream, just project very loud. Sorry Ryin :p. Care to share any industry secrets?
