So this is what has been given to me... I have wanted to take a core training job with in the company that I work for since I started to work there but now when I get asked about it I have no idea why. The reason is that I want to watch my ideas and knowledge spread further than they can out in the agent end. I was told tonight that I have to put together a 10 min thing to present in front of the whole training department by Monday. Is this what I really want to do?
