In hands of time we waste away,
the aches and pains of everyday,
we sacrificed all liberty,
to ensure our own security,
but now we face much scrutiny,
for fascist which we seem to be,
but why blame the country,
with people that think they are free,
Ignorance is bliss,
the votes perpetuate the lie,
we say we're fighting terror,
but only freedom died,
Blame the white house blame the state,
blame the people who you hate,
in hopes for you to somehow negate,
the perpetual state of fear we force,
down the through of those who see,
that with Saddam they were not free,
but still they had there lives, wives, and country.
