I've been thinking and maybe I am
What I am, not sure yet
A work in progress
A denial of the bodies around me
Sarcastic, sunburn, satisfaction
Simple
Perfection
Drying acrylics pacing
Approval
Mouse clicks away
Forgetting to feed
And everyone we think they want us to be
It will reveal itself in the morning
When sobriety's worn off
And answers are expected
Only by ourselves
When in the end
If yourself you could please
