Technology

I like technology , and cool new gadgets. Ironic. The real kind of irony , mind you. I like programming , and am taking a Computer Science major. I really like technology for its potential for change. Cheap , and open-source programs allow schools to properly educate their kids in africa and other disadvantaged places , just as an example. Technology as an enabler , the great leveller... I like it.

Books

I love to read Science Fiction. (See Technology for a possible explanation why) And contrary to popular belief , most science fiction is understandable... and is often more concerned with character , society , and its like than most of the bland fiction on the Top-selling list. There is more depth in a story about a Russian revolutionary transplanted through time(from 1923 , to 1999) , and his progess in dealing with this. Oh , what books/authors do I like? Video Games

I love video games , but rarely have the time to play any. I prefer creation , to consumption. Go figure. But my favourite video games are most of the Nintendo first party stuff , like Ocarina of Time.(Which btw , is one of the best video games in existence. High praise , but echoed in all corners.)
